Lemon-butter Snapper

Ingredients: 3 pm snapper filet, garlic powder and half a teaspoon, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder, salt sbadamato, half a cup of flour, oil for frying.

Method: Wash philegulo better off with kitchen towel to keep a spreading plate. Garlic powder, pepper and salt fish marinated 1 hour. Put the frying pan and fry in hot oil philegulo mayadaya down.

Lemon-butter sauce ingredients: a quarter cup of lemon juice, a quarter cup of water or vegetable stock, 80 g butter, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a quarter teaspoon of salt.
Method: water, lemon juice, sugar and salt, mix together the ingredients. Cut the butter into cubes. When the heat and simmer the mixture and gradually stir in the cubes. When the butter melts down to a thick sauce. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve with the grilled containers. You can serve with choice of vegetables.
